Job Description We are expanding again and looking for a Grounds Crew Lead and Helpers. You will be assisting in the installation of standby power generation equipment and products. We will train the right people to be able to lead crews in the installation and project management of Standby Generator systems along with Training and Industry certifications. Looking for both a crew lead and helpers Duties and responsibilities Prepare installation site for Generator and related electrical devices Preparing forms and concrete for generator platforms/pads. Delivering Generators and placement Trenching and placement of PVC pipe for installation where required Detailing jobsite folder for final installation of Electrical and Plumbing Perform other duties as assigned. Learn and follow all safety protocols Qualifications Good Driving record to deliver and place Generators in the Austin Metro Area Must have experience in pad installation of concrete and forms for typical 4x8' pad Residential underground experience such as sprinkler systems would be a bonus Experience in the use of trenching equipment and machinery Ability to learn, provide great customer service and work hard Positive and Curious attitude Required Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it related to the overall business and its--- objectives Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment Good people skills with ability to communicate well with others Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Working Conditions Typical hours of operation, Monday --- Friday, 7AM --- 4PM. Weekend hours as necessary but flexible to your schedule Physical demands include: Being a leader in Customer Service, Walking, standing, using tools and using telephone. Lift up to 50 lbs. Use hands and arms to reach, touch, handle objects. Frequent talking, hearing, and reading are also required to perform regular job functions.
