The Position
The City of Cedar Park is seeking qualified applicants for the
position of Utility Accounts Specialist. Under the general
supervision of the Utility Billing Customer Service Supervisor, the
Utility Accounts Specialist provides excellent customer service to
customers of the Utility Billing Department on the phone and in
person while resolving customer issues.
Qualified candidates must possess:
High School Diploma or its equivalent, plus one (1) year of
accounts receivable experience including customer service
experience, preferably in a water utility environment;
Or, any equivalent combination of experience and training which
provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Position may close earlier, dependent upon number of qualified
candidates.
