We are seeking a skilled Precast Concrete Quality Control Technician with a PCI Level II certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all precast concrete products meet the required quality standards, industry codes, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and test precast concrete products for compliance with PCI standards and project specifications.
Monitor and oversee the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform concrete testing, including slump tests, air content, unit weight, compressive strength, and other field and laboratory tests.
Ensure accurate documentation of inspections, tests, and quality results.
Identify, report, and assist in rectifying any quality issues or deviations from standards.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to troubleshoot quality control issues.


Qualifications:
PCI Level II certification is required.
Previous experience in precast concrete manufacturing or related field.
Strong understanding of concrete testing methods and quality control processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
Familiarity with construction industry standards and best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
