We are hiring full-time Front Desk Agents!

Checking people in and out. It's a no-brainer, right? Often with the first encounter, your interaction with a guest can not only set the tone for the entire guest experience but potentially impact the entire brand. Do you want to be a part of something bigger?

As a Front Desk Agent at the Quality Inn & Suites- Round Rock, you'll have many opportunities to brighten someone's day!

Responsibilities:

Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
Field customer complaints when necessary
Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers


Qualifications:

Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft office and reservation management systems
At least one year of hospitality industry experience or similar preferred
Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
