Managed Technology Provider that helps businesses simplify their
technology and achieve their goals. Our team provides technology
support, Cybersecurity, and Compliance Solutions. Seeking an
Appointment Setter that has 1-2 years of experience in
telemarketing and phone prospecting to schedule sales appointments
with small/medium business owners. An Appointment Setter will play
a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition
and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making at
least 100 calls per day, working with suspects and prospects,
generating interest, qualifying, and setting appointments. This
position offers hourly base pay plus a bonus. You must be a US
citizen. What you'll do: Prospect for leads: Research businesses,
identify key decision makers, and reach out via phone, email, and
Linkedin. Book meetings: Schedule qualified appointments for our
Account Executives to close deals. Collaborate with marketing:
Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and maximize
conversion rates. Develop your skills: Learn and grow with weekly
coaching and traing sessions designed to help you master sales
fundamentals. Responsibilities Cold calling a minimum of 100 calls
per day Booking at least 2 appointments per week. Meeting and or
exceeding conversation goals daily Setting quality appointments for
the appropriate sales executives for further development and
closure. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate
interest. Maintain and expand the prospect database. Meeting and
exceeding daily metrics. Requirements Recent (within last 2 years)
experience making B2B cold calls. Enjoys (and is excellent at)
prospecting by phone. Is extremely detail-oriented and appreciates
people who take an organized, systematic approach to achieve
success. Likes the idea of working for a small company where your
