Job Description Job Description Del Rio Motors in Kerrville, TX is hiring a full-time Auto Sales Rep to join our team. This job comes with a starting pay of $2,000/month for the first 90 days, then moves to 10% of the down payment plus $200 per vehicle sold . We offer great benefits too. This includes: Health, dental, and vision Paid time off (PTO) Life insurance Short- and long-term disability 401(k) with company match Bonus structure You'll work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM . This is an in-office, full-time position. WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE AS AN AUTO SALES REP Each day, you'll talk with customers, help them find a car that fits their needs, and guide them through the sales process. You'll also follow up with leads and past customers to build strong relationships. You'll be part of a team that supports each other and keeps the energy upbeat and fun.
