Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include: Respond promptly to Zillow Preferred Leads , ensuring you connect with potential clients in real-time Building your pipeline by staying consistent with lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up Provide 5-star service and support for all of the clients Working with both buyers and sellers from the beginning of their real estate journey to closing and beyond Property tours and selection Writing and submitting offers Negotiating contracts and repairs Managing deals from contract to close Qualifications: To be considered for this Real Estate Sales Agent position in San Antonio, TX, it is essential to hold a valid Texas Real Estate License and have closed a minimum of 6 deals in the past year We are seeking individuals with a growth mindset, a passion for hard work, and a commitment to hustling The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, open to learning new systems, and dedicated to adhering to lead follow-up protocols Excellent communication skills are a must for this role We value coachability, self-motivation, and accountability in our team members Our collaborative culture thrives on eliminating drama and supporting each other's success About Company Exquisite Properties is a top-performing real estate brokerage known for excellence, innovation, and results.
