Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our pediatric team on a
part-time basis. This position is ideal for a skilled Respiratory
Therapist who specializes in pediatric care and is committed to
providing outstanding patient-centered medical care in a dynamic
and supportive environment. As a key member of our respiratory
team, you will be instrumental in administering and monitoring
respiratory care as prescribed by physicians, facilitating the
improvement of respiratory health and overall quality of life for
our younger patients. Provide respiratory care and life support to
pediatric patients with respiratory disorders. Assess patient
status and recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions. Perform
diagnostic tests such as measuring lung capacity. Educate patients
and families on respiratory health and home care needs. Participate
in developing treatment plans in collaboration with a
multidisciplinary team. Monitor and record the progress of
treatment, adjusting treatments based on patient response.
Proficiency in pediatric respiratory care techniques Ability to

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for
Respiratory Care (NBRC) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
