Develop treatment plans and execute interventions using interventions such as aerosol drugs, chest physiotherapy, and airway management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to tailor respiratory interventions. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and management. Maintain patient safety by adhering to infection control and safety guidelines. Document patient care and outcomes with precision. Advanced knowledge of respiratory care practices Proficiency in using respiratory equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
