Job Description:
Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) is looking for a Business
Analyst to join our DC Operations & Supply Chain Integration team.
This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities spanning
billing administration, data analysis, and stakeholder management
to ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial
transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balanced skill
set that combines financial precision with exceptional
relationship-building capabilities. You'll excel at analytical
problem-solving while fostering strong, collaborative partnerships
with internal teams and external supplier partners alike. Key job
responsibilities - Financial Operations: Monthly calculations,
billing distribution, backup file review, and payment
reconciliation. - Supplier Management: Quarterly reviews of
qualifying suppliers/distributors, payment processing, refunds, and
contract tracking. - Collections: Monthly collections process for
direct supplier invoices. - Stakeholder Relations: Serving as the
WFM representative to internal and external partners, fielding
supplier questions. - Conduct compliance audits of distributors and
suppliers with whom Whole Foods Market has purchase agreements. -
Obtain resolution for all issues that arise from compliance audits
which includes coordinating with distributors or suppliers and
Store Support Teams as needed. - Evaluate distributor and supplier
compliance with purchase agreements based on audit results and post
results for Store support leadership. A day in the life You will
managing audits through all stages of the process, as well as
routine item management maintenance. About the team We are a small
but vital team that not only ensures supplier compliance with
contractual terms, but allows for regular interactions with diverse
stakeholders inside and outside the organization. Due to these
multifaceted interactions, the position offers a potential
springboard for opportunities and growth throughout our
organization. - 1 years of tax, finance or a related analytical
field experience - 2 years of complex Excel VBA macros writing
experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience defining
requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights -
Experience with SQL or ETL - Experience working with Tableau -

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
