Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Black Rifle Coffee Outpost team! The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

• Responsibilities:
  
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, hiring, staff supervision & development.
  
• Manage P&L of the store (control expenses, labor costs, supplies, inventory, etc).
  
• Embed a customer-first attitude, providing training to ensure legendary customer service.
  
• Cultivate a positive, focused, and cohesive environment adaptable to changing needs.
  
• Implement company programs, develop action plans, and coach the store team to meet objectives.
  
• Act as a player/coach demonstrating best practices to motivate employees.
  
• Review store environment and performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities, providing feedback to leadership.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the community through outreach.
  
• Use management information tools and financial reports to analyze store performance and address trends.
  
• Ensure compliance with all policies, laws, and regulations.
  
• Lead merchandising and marketing strategies within the store.
  
  Education and Skill Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    
  • 5+ years experience in a QSR environment preferred.
    
  • At least 3+ years in retail/QSR store management.
    
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals.
    
  • Strong leadership, organizational, delegation, and communication skills.
    
  • Experience managing and motivating a team of hourly employees.
    
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising strategies preferred.
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and POS systems.
    
  • Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
    
    Physical Requirements
    This is a full-time position that may require long hours, event staffing, and weekend and night work. The employee must be able to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, talk, hear, and operate a computer and telephone. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a confined area is required. Light to moderate travel may be necessary, and regular attendance is expected.
